★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partendo da una buona consapevolezza alimentare di base, cercavo un professionista, senza fronzoli, che oltre ad utili consigli mi fornisse "le soluzioni" per ripristinare un buon stato di forma, che non riuscivo più a raggiungere solo con il "fai da te". Simone si è rivelato una scelta ottima perché ha aggiunto informazioni che ignoravo (non si smette mai di imparare, soprattutto da chi è professionista in un certo ambito) e mi ha fornito una dieta personalizzata - rispettosa delle mie preferenze (sono molto "sputino") - che mi ha permesso di ritrovare il peso forma, senza eccessive rinunce, adattandola a seconda dei momenti e delle situazioni personali.
In ogni seduta ha misurato e monitorato l'evoluzione della massa magra/grassa/muscolare per garantire che la perdita di peso stesse avvenendo in maniera corretta e tendenzialmente duratura. Grazie ad una migliore ripartizione dei pasti, oltre a eliminare inconsapevoli eccessi, abitudini non corrette e restituirmi una buona forma, ho sperimentato un ritrovato benessere generale, anche nel riposo notturno e nella gestione della fatica.
Decisamente soddisfatto, non saprei consigliare di meglio.
Starting from a good basic food awareness, I was looking for a professional, no frills, who, in addition to useful advice, would provide me with "the solutions" to restore a good state of form, which I could no longer achieve only with "do it yourself". Simone turned out to be a great choice because he added information that I didn't know (you never stop learning, especially from those who are professionals in a certain field) and gave me a personalized diet - respectful of my preferences (I'm very "spitting") - which allowed me to regain the ideal weight, without excessive sacrifices, adapting it according to the moments and personal situations.
In each session he measured and monitored the evolution of lean / fat / muscle mass to ensure that weight loss was taking place correctly and tended to last. Thanks to a better distribution of meals, in addition to eliminating unconscious excesses, incorrect habits and giving me back a good shape, I have experienced a renewed general well-being, even in the night rest and in the management of fatigue.
Definitely satisfied, I could not recommend better.

Magi e di farmi prescrivere un piano alimentare, che comprendesse anche particolare attenzione ai miei disturbi alimentari e onestamente, di tanti nutrizionisti con cui ho avuto a che fare nella mia vita, non ne ho mai trovato uno tanto professionale e attento al dettaglio come lui.
Mi trovo davvero bene in questo percorso ed è stata una sorpresa.
