★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi ringrazio per avermi lasciato aspettare inutilmente un carro attrezzi per 2 giorni con tanto di messaggino "entro 45 minuti saremo da lei" e avete purtroppo segnalato anche alla mia assicurazione che avevate eseguito il traino.... Bravi davvero. Meno male che ci sono altri carri attrezzi professionisti in giro.

Thank you for letting me wait in vain for a tow truck for 2 days complete with a message "within 45 minutes we will be with you" and unfortunately you also reported to my insurance that you had towed .... Really good. Luckily there are other professional tow trucks around.
Self-styled? No thanks

Da quando ho prenotato son passate 4 ore e ancora aspetto, non danno dove sia il carro e nemmeno quando è partito perché prima ti dicono che parte a un'ora, poi ti dicono che è partito a un'altra, e l'assicurazione ha detto che non sa che dire perché una cosa del genere non gli è mai capitata in tanti anni. 4 ore che aspetto
Help, they send text messages saying that they arrive in 75 minutes, then they call and say 2 hours 2 hours and a half ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our car was towed here after trouble on the highway. Although the owners don’t speak English, they brought in staff that could communicate with us and explain the problem. While we waited they drove us to a local restaurant so that we could have dinner. Within 2 hours the problem was resolved and we were on our way. I highly recommend this place for quality of service and friendliness.
