Mi è stata consigliata da alcune amiche che si sono trovate benissimo con lei, e dopo un paio di incontri non posso che consigliarla fortemente come professionista! Sto imparando a mangiare meglio ed abbinare gli alimenti giusti senza privarmi quasi di nulla. All'inizio del mio percorso mi sembrava quasi impossibile poter dimagrire con una dieta tanto varia e con porzioni a parer mio abbondanti, eppure dopo soli due mesi ho perso i kg che speravo e perso tantissima massa grassa!! Alice è sempre super positiva e ti sprona a dare il meglio, consigliatissima!!!
