Dopo mio sollecito mi hanno dato una risposta parziale e non sono stati in grado di capire quale fosse la guarnizione da accoppiare al tubo che loro stessi mi avrebbero fornito. A questo punto ho mandato foto modello pompa ecc ecc ma dopo oltre una settimana nessuna risposta. Finalmente telefonando al numero del negozio fisico ho optato per la selezione, digitando mi pare 3, del negozio on line e ha risposto un signore gentile che mi ha lasciato un cellulare per comunicare con whatsapp. Da quel momento tutto è filato liscio. I tried a couple of times asking for confirmation for a pool pump replacement with no response. After my prompting they gave me a partial answer and they were not able to understand which gasket was to be coupled to the pipe that they themselves would have provided me with. At this point I sent photos of the pump model etc etc but after more than a week no reply. Finally, phoning the number of the physical store I opted for the selection, I think I typed 3, of the online store and a kind gentleman answered who left me a mobile phone to communicate with whatsapp. From that moment everything went smoothly.

Molto ben forniti anche come articoli per il giardinaggio e per la sicurezza sul lavoro. Personale molto preparato e gentile. I prezzi non sono sempre competitivi ma se ti serve una vite, comprarne un kg ad un prezzo più basso non è comunque conveniente. Hanno tutto quello che ti serve per il bricolage, dalla ferramenta all'idraulica.... Acquisto in questa negozio da quando ero bambino. Mi fido! The courtesy of the staff is guaranteed. The staff are friendly and attentive. I could spend all day in there.
