E oltre alla professionalità con cui svolge il suo lavoro la cosa che più mi ha colpita è l'attenzione, la scrupolosità con cui intraprende un percorso. Ascoltando le richiesti, i dubbi, i problemi le incertezze che si hanno. Insomma non è un classico nutrizionista che ti pesa, ti prende le misure e ti stila la dieta come compitino da seguire. Ma ti fa capire che c'è un mondo dietro ad una "dieta". Che non rigurda solo il fisico. Sarà un cambiamento in tutti i sensi. Un rinascita.
