Ogni piano nutrizionale è cucito sul paziente in base alle sue esigenze fisiche ma anche (e questo lo considero un valore aggiunto) sui suoi gusti. La dieta diventa così anche una piacevole rieducazione alimentare. Elena è sempre attenta e pronta a cambiare i piani in base all'andamento della dieta. Oltre che disponibile è anche simpaticissima.
