 As an ophthalmologist he seems to me quite good, for appointments a disaster, always monstrously late!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sul Professionista che è veramente competente; conosciuto dalla mia famiglia da molto tempo.
Peccato la mancanza di contatti telefonici o tramite e-mail perchè la segretaria non permette di comunicare in alcun modo con il Dottore.
Inoltre gli appuntamenti sono veramente troppo prolungati...non si può aspettare 3 mesi per una visita di controllo.
Nothing to say about the Professional who is truly competent; known to my family for a long time.
Too bad the lack of telephone or e-mail contacts because the secretary does not allow to communicate in any way with the Doctor.
Also, the appointments are really too long ... you can't wait 3 months for a checkup.

Per prendere un appuntamento è talmente tanto difficile, (telefono sempre occupato, scarsa disponibilità in generale) che spesso devo delegare la chiamata a mia madre che lavora part time e può permettersi di provare a telefonare più volte, durante il pomeriggio. Il dottore è scrupoloso, competente e gentile, ma i tempi di attesa sono circa 2 mesi. Sapendolo prenoto per tempo. Oggi ho avuto un imprevisto e dovevo disdire appuntamento. Dalle ore 15, sono riuscita a prendere la linea alle 17. La segretaria ha risposto dicendo "un attimo" senza sentire neanche chi fossi e di cosa avessi bisogno. Ha fatto pagare un signore (4min di attesa e non c'è problema) ma poi si è dimenticata la cornetta alzata. Ho urlato per farmi sentire, ma la signora era troppo impegnata a raccontare di aver preso l aereo a dicembre. Dopo altri 7min di attesa, ho chiuso la telefonata. Basta. Essere trattati in questo modo è inaccettabile. Ancor più se la prestazione è a pagamento. Sono stanca, Oltre per la difficoltà di comunicazione anche per il comportamento sempre scocciato della signora, che tratta tutta la famiglia (siamo 4 tutti clienti) con sufficienza nonostante i 20anni di fedeltà che non meritano più.
He's been my ophthalmologist for 20 years but I have to abandon him. Making an appointment is so difficult (telephone always busy, poor availability in general) that I often have to delegate the call to my mother who works part time and can afford to try to call several times during the afternoon. The doctor is thorough, knowledgeable and kind, but waiting times are around 2 months. Knowing it, I book in time. Today I had an unexpected situation and I had to cancel an appointment. From 3 pm, I managed to get on the line at 5 pm. The secretary replied by saying "a moment" without even hearing who I was and what I needed. She charged a gentleman (4min wait and that's no problem) but then she forgot the handset up. I yelled to make myself heard, but the lady was too busy talking about taking the plane in December. After another 7min of waiting, I ended the call. Enough. Being treated like this is unacceptable. Even more so if the service is paid. I am tired, as well as the difficulty of communication also for the always annoyed behavior of the lady, who treats the whole family (we are 4 all customers) with disdain despite the 20 years of loyalty they no longer deserve.
