B	B R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zu einem COVID-19 PCR Test (50€) für den Rückflug nach Deutschland dort. Sehr professionell, sehr sauber, sehr coronakonform, Einbahnstraßensystem, Fiebermessen und Desinfizieren bei Eintritt nur mit Termin, Formulare ausfüllen( leider nur in Italienisch, aber dank Google Übersetzer auch kein riesiges Problen), sehr eingehende Probeentnahme. Ergebnis per Email innerhalb 8 Stunden versprochen, jedoch nach 14 Stunden gehabt. We were there for a COVID-19 PCR test (50 €) for the flight back to Germany. Very professional, very clean, very corona-compliant, one-way street system, fever measurements and disinfection upon entry only with an appointment, fill out forms (unfortunately only in Italian, but thanks to Google translator not a huge problem either), very detailed sampling. Result promised by email within 8 hours, but achieved after 14 hours.

The center was unable to send me an email with a report by closing time as told me. All of this happened on Friday, with a flight on Monday. After calling them twice, they confirmed the imminent sending of the report , then never received.

I'm sorry and I don't enjoy writing negative reviews but I'm really tired of complying with the rules of a health / assistance system that runs water everywhere. For two days I have been trying to get in touch with the structure to get some information but no operator deigns to pick up the telephone receiver.

Prelievo fatto il lunedì secondo la loro tempistica li potevo ritirare il mercoledì, ma io vado il giovedì e solo uno dei due esami è pronto. Per l'altro mi dicono PROVI a chiamare la settimana prossima ?. Allora vado il lunedì e mi dicono che mi chiameranno loro. È UN MESE CHE ASPETTO E ANCORA NIENTE. A parte tempi di ritiro analisi ignoti, devo lamentarmi della poca professionalità delle persone all'accettazione e di violazione della privacy, visto le analisi che devi fare o qualsiasi altra visita, vengono sbandierate ai quattro venti. Infine, poca professionalità riscontrata anche durante il prelievo, dove l'analista, non so dove aveva la testa, non solo faceva entrare due alla volta, ma capitato a me, apriva la siringa e la buttava nel cestino anziché buttare l'involucro. Assolutamente NON CONSIGLIABILE. Non capisco come tale struttura medica possa continuare a stare aperta. ma i controlli dove sono?? TO AVOID. I tell my personal experience that is not yet closed. Provo dalle 16:30 alle 17 a chiamare ma non rispondere nessuno neanche per sbaglio...
