★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessime esperienze. Un paio di volte, durante la mia gravidanza, poco prima del Covid, non hanno analizzato alcune cose scritte regolarmente in ricetta dal medico. Sono stata costretta a tornare per ripetere i prelievi. Ho cambiato analista. Qualche giorno fa, mia madre, per il legame storico con questo laboratorio, è andata per un test sierologico da 30 euro. A voce le è stato detto che aveva gli IgG positivi e gli IgM negativi e che avrebbe fatto il tampone molecolare. Dopo non aver ricevuto il risultato del tampone molecolare che indica la negatività al covid, è arrivato tramite mail i risultato del sierologico che indica IgG negativi e IgM positivi. Praticamente il contrario di quello che era stato detto a voce. Capisco il momento caotico che stiamo vivendo ma non è concepibile un errore del genere. Premetto che il risultato del test è arrivato soltanto dopo tantissimi solleciti telefonici.
Bad experiences. A couple of times, during my pregnancy, just before Covid, they did not analyze some things regularly written in the doctor's prescription. I was forced to return to repeat the withdrawals. I changed analyst. A few days ago, my mother, due to her historical connection with this laboratory, went for a 30 euro serological test. She was verbally told that she had IgG positive and IgM negative and that she would do the molecular swab. After not having received the result of the molecular swab indicating negativity to the covid, the serological results indicating IgG negative and IgM positive arrived by mail. Virtually the opposite of what had been said verbally. I understand the chaotic moment we are experiencing but such a mistake is not conceivable. I state that the test result arrived only after many telephone reminders.
