Ho portato due volte l'auto a aggiustare e sistemare (vari problemi di meccanica),la seconda volta il 16 agosto lasciandola fuori 4 giorni..dopo 4 giorni mi dicono che ci sono problemi con una sospensione "forse e entrata dell'acqua"e di prendere un appuntamento per sistemarla.
Invia una mail e non ho avuto risposte,contatta il ragazzo che me l'ha venduta e mi da un contatto e mi dice di chiamare quel numero.
Ho chiamato quel numero e mi rispondono " che mi richiameranno loro"
Dopo quasi tre mesi non ho avuto una risposta,e dopo due volte che ho portato la mia audi a sistemare non ho risolto ancora niente.
Purchased from them on December 23, 2019 an audi a1 with a 4 year warranty.
I took the car twice to fix and fix (various mechanical problems), the second time on August 16th leaving it out for 4 days .. after 4 days they tell me that there are problems with a suspension "maybe and water has entered" and to make an appointment to fix it.
Send an email and I got no response, contact the guy who sold it to me and give me a contact and tell me to call that number.
I called that number and they answer "they will call me back"
After nearly three months I haven't had a response, and after two times I took my audi to fix I still haven't solved anything.
