Ho trovato la Sig.ra Daniela che è stata gentile, professionale e disponibile. Mi ha spiegato le caratteristiche dei vari materassi dandomi informazioni importanti che mi hanno fatto scegliere un materasso Dorelan. Prima di giungere in questo negozio, sono andata in altri ma non ho trovato nessuna Sig. Ra Daniela che mi desse così tante informazioni anzi!... Quindi grazie alla Sig. Ra Daniela, e consiglio vivamente la dorelan di via conte fazio
Hello, about a month ago I went to the dorelan shop in via conte Fazio to buy a mattress for my son. I found Ms. Daniela who was kind, professional and helpful. He explained the characteristics of the various mattresses to me, giving me important information that made me choose a Dorelan mattress. Before arriving in this shop, I went to others but I did not find any Mr. Ra Daniela who would give me so much information indeed! ... So thanks to Mrs. Ra Daniela, and I highly recommend the dorelan of via conte fazio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena ricevuto un comodissimo letto articolato, due reti in legno con movimento e due materassi Lyric R5. La consegna è stata effettuata nei tempi stabiliti, da personale gentile ed efficente. Già in negozio avevamo incontrato personale dotato di cordialità e competenza ( siamo stati seguiti dalla signora Daniela, che ringraziamo).
Comunque, sia dal centro spedizioni che dal centro assistenza abbiamo ricevuto un ottimo servizio. Quindi valutazione al top. Bravi!
I have just received a very comfortable articulated bed, two wooden slats with movement and two Lyric R5 mattresses. The delivery was made on time, by kind and efficient staff. Already in the shop we had met staff with cordiality and competence (we were followed by Mrs. Daniela, whom we thank).
However, we received excellent service from both the shipping center and the service center. So top rating. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono andata nel negozio Dorelan Pisa, tanto per vedere i loro materassi e rendermi conto delle offerte in corso.....sono uscita dopo un'ora con materasso, cuscini e letto!!!
Sono stata accolta da Anna Lia, una persona molto garbata e con una grande carica empatica, che mi ha messa subito a mio agio.
Dopo aver ascoltato le mie esigenze mi ha consigliato il materasso giusto, e mi ha consigliata anche nella scelta del sommier. Insomma è stato come fare shopping con un'amica.
Non sempre si trova tanta competenza e gentilezza, qualità che mettono il cliente in condizioni di fare la scelta giusta.

Il punto vendita è tenuto alla perfezione , pulitissimo .
Abbiamo provato diversi materassi , tutti di ottima qualità , Doreland è una certezza ma a fare veramente la differenza è stata Anna Lia !!!
Preparatissima e disponibile a descrivere ogni piccolo dettaglio del materasso in questione.
Gentilezza e cortesia con il piglio e l’entusiasmo da grande venditrice.

After a first informal visit where I got general information, I went back with my wife and we bought a mattress and pillows.
The store is kept to perfection, very clean.
We tried different mattresses, all of excellent quality, Doreland is a certainty but it was Anna Lia who really made the difference !!!
