Stefania ha mostrato una grande empatia nei confronti delle mie necessità, suggerendomi la soluzione migliore: dopo aver provato vari materassi, abbiamo trovato insieme quello che fa per me!! In modo professionale mi hanno poi accompagnato nella scelta di quello che è diventato il mio materasso. I due ragazzi che sono successivamente passati per la consegna sono stati altrettanto cortesi e professionali aiutandomi anche a spostare il vecchio letto. Probabilmente costano un po di più rispetto ad altri concorrenti - personalmente ho chiesto l’offerta solo a loro - ma la qualità del servizio e sicuramente del materasso che proverò nei prossimi giorni, è stata impeccabile. Alessandro. I entered the shop by chance and immediately Stefania and Erica made me feel "welcome" ... a feeling not taken for granted. In a professional way they then accompanied me in choosing what became my mattress. The two guys who later went for the delivery were equally courteous and professional even helping me to move the old bed. They probably cost a little more than other competitors - personally I only asked them for the offer - but the quality of the service and certainly of the mattress that I will try in the next few days was impeccable. Mi hanno aiutato a scegliere il materasso adatto a me,dando più importanza alle mie esigenze piuttosto che al solo prezzo. I consigli ricevuti dalle consulenti del riposo sono state molto utili. Con loro ho fatto l'acquisto giusto! I thank Erica and Lara for the professionalism and honesty! Siamo tornati un'altra volta nel negozio di Vicenza in cerca di nuovi consigli per acquistare il secondo materasso per il figlio più giovane e la cortesia e disponibilità di Stefania ed Erica ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa.....
