★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best steakhouse in Vicenza. Come hungry and order the 2lb cut of steak that is perfect for sharing between 2 or 4 people. This place has Wagu beef if you are ready to spend a little extra. The desert is great along with the wine selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful lunch with friends. Two of us had pasta, they both liked them. Two of us had the mini burgers which were also good. The chocolate souffle was very tasty, service was good, no complaints. Very big menu, good wine too! I will come back with my family for the steak and for the vegan options.

I LOVE the Non Meat Meat from Sietan. I order it every time I come here!
My brother and father had the middle sized burgers and said it was the best burger they’ve had in years!
I had the vegans artichoke burger and it was very good! I would order it again!
We love Tonazzo and love that it has vegan dishes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each time we have come here, the food has been delicious. Some of the best steaks we have ever had were eaten here. Don't like steak? They have plenty of other options on their vast menu. The customer service has been great and the restaurant is very nice.

Definitely better experience. (Giving four stars) Good food and good service. Thought the meat had a tad too much fat but tasted great. Good risotto but the pasta's portion was smaller than I expected. Overall, better experience than before.
Ok place.
FOOD: pasta was ok, but the appetizers were fantastic.I ordered green pepper stuffed with cheese and arancini. And the beer was nice and cold. I recommend the beer and appetizers but try something else for main dish.
PRICE: a little pricey but not unreasonable.
SERVICE: Disappointed with the service. We were literally ignored for 15 minutes before even taking our drinking order. After waving for service three times someone finally came to our table. And then they tried to charge extra beer. I only had one beer but they charged for two. They did not show me the receipt but luckily my friend saw it on the screen. When I asked about it, they looked annoyed. I guess they thought I would just pay for the beer I didn't order.
OVERALL: I know this place is popular and food are good. But the service I received this time probably will keep me out for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First evening the service were questionable but the food amazing. So we came back once more and brought friends. The food was still amazing and service a lot better.
The only reason they don't get 4 out of 5 is because the staff (and manager) is not wearing their masks properly and because we saw the manager cut a steak and then drop it on the floor by mistake, take it up, weigh it and use it. That's gross and unsanitary and should NOT happen.
