Comodissimo, la mattina mi sveglio riposata e rilassata. Le signore dello show room sono gentilissime e molto attente. Ho provato tutti i materassi in estrema sicurezza, riuscendo a capire esattamente quello più adatto a me. Una spesa abbastanza impegnativa ma assolutamente necessaria al benessere fisico e psicologico. TOP Dorelan Seregno!!!! I recently bought a Dorelan mattress in the Seregno showroom, certainly the best money ever. Very comfortable, in the morning I wake up rested and relaxed. The ladies of the show room are very kind and very attentive. I tried all the mattresses in extreme safety, managing to understand exactly the one that best suited me. A fairly demanding expense but absolutely necessary for physical and psychological well-being. TOP Dorelan Seregno !!!!

Anche il servizio di consegna e montaggio di assoluta professionalità e cortesia .. Also the delivery and assembly service of absolute professionalism and courtesy .. Ho acquistato materasso matrimoniale, uno singolo ed anche il mio compagno !!!le rifiniture dei materassi molto curati come ogni bravo artigiano italiano, qualità dei materiali notevoli, ottime le certificazioni di garanzia. Abbiamo preso anche il letto Origami in grigio , stupendo ! Si è verificato un piccolo inconveniente, ma subito prontamente risolto dagli addetti del negozio , ci hanno fornito assistenza e sostituzione di un pezzo del letto che nel trasporto si era danneggiato . Io valuto ottimo tutto prodotto e assistenza! Lo consiglio come punto ventita. The Dorelan shop in Seregno has been able to recommend the right mattress for us. We opted for the model: Desire and we are enjoying it. We also got the Origami bed in gray, gorgeous! There was a small inconvenience, but immediately resolved by the shop staff, they provided us with assistance and replacement of a piece of the bed that was damaged during transport. I rate all product and assistance as excellent! I recommend it as a point ventita.

Fin da subito ci ha messi a nostro agio, chiedendoci prima quali fossero le nostre esigenze, e facendoci provare poi diverse tipologie di materassi. Per ogni prodotto ci sono state illustrate in modo molto professionale, le caratteristiche ed i materiali di cui era composto. Dopo aver ragionato per qualche giorno su quale fosse la soluzione per noi migliore, siamo tornati e, dopo aver riprovato il materasso che ci interessava, abbiamo firmato il contratto d'acquisto. Prospettati circa 30 gg per la consegna, dopo solo una decina veniamo contattati per la consegna. Avevo sbagliato a comunicare le misure e nonostante fosse il periodo di chiusura natalizio sono riuscite a modificarmi l'ordine. Materassi arrivati nei tempi previsti con consegna perfetta concordata telefonicamente con il corriere. Il marchio lo conoscevo già, avendo altri materassi che usano i miei figli, e anche stavolta soddisfatto pienamente. Marca e negozio consigliatissimi.
