Sono rimasta anche soddisfatta della presentazione e della spiegazione del prodotto da parte del personale che è stato molto gentile nel spiegarci le caratteristiche.
I bought a memory foam double mattress and I liked it right away.
I was also satisfied with the presentation and explanation of the product by the staff who were very kind in explaining the characteristics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un materasso un anno fa, sì è già invallato tutto nella parte centrale, ho mandato una mail e hanno risposto dopo vari solleciti, anche telefonici, dicendomi che devo rispedire il materasso a mie spese, poi provvederanno a capire se il danno è stato causato da me. Non vedo come posso spedire e stare senza materasso, in più il materasso precedente, acquistato da un'altra parte è durata 15 anni.
I bought a mattress a year ago, yes everything has already been invalled in the central part, I sent an email and they replied after several reminders, including telephone reminders, telling me that I have to return the mattress at my expense, then they will see if the damage has been caused by me. I don't see how I can ship and stay without a mattress, plus the previous mattress, bought from elsewhere, lasted 15 years.
