★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche mese fa iniziammo la nostra avventura riguardante la scelta di un nuovo materasso, abbastanza impreparati sulla materia ma con la determinazione di orientarci verso un prodotto di qualità che potesse rispondere alle nostre esigenze .
Tramite amici siamo entrati in contatto con Tiziano che da subito ci è parso la persona giusta per soddisfare le nostre richieste .
E mentre lui si adoperava nell’elencarci dettagliatamente le caratteristiche tecniche dei prodotti proposti noi venivamo rapiti dal suo entusiasmo, dalla sua professionalità, dal grande amore per il suo lavoro.
É stata empatia immediata che ci ha condotti alla scelta di uno splendido materasso che ci fa compagnia ogni notte.

 A few months ago we began our adventure concerning the choice of a new mattress, quite unprepared on the matter but with the determination to orient ourselves towards a quality product that could meet our needs.
Through friends we came into contact with Tiziano who immediately seemed to us the right person to satisfy our requests.
And while he worked hard to list the technical characteristics of the products on offer in detail, we were captivated by his enthusiasm, his professionalism, his great love for his work.
It was immediate empathy that led us to choose a beautiful mattress that keeps us company every night.

Tiziano è un consulente di vendita preparato e paziente, ci ha spiegato in modo esaustivo le caratteristiche dei vari prodotti e dei singoli materiali di cui sono composti, ha risposto a tutte le nostre numerose domande e ci ha lasciato tutto il tempo per provare più volte gli articoli di nostro interesse al fine di scegliere quello più adatto alle nostre esigenze.
Con l'acquisto del materasso abbiamo avuto due guanciali in memory foam in omaggio.
La consegna è stata precisa e puntuale e stanotte abbiamo riposato davvero bene. :-)
Very pleased to have purchased the mattress from Ellesse.
Tiziano is a prepared and patient sales consultant, he explained to us in an exhaustive way the characteristics of the various products and the single materials they are made of, he answered all our many questions and left us all the time to try the various products several times. articles of our interest in order to choose the one that best suits our needs.
With the purchase of the mattress we got two free memory foam pillows.
The delivery was accurate and on time and we had a really good rest tonight. :-)

Un lato piu' morbido e uno piu' rigido,insomma il massimo del comfort.
Grazie mille della gentilezza,disponibilta' e competenza.
Assolutamente raccomandato,
peccato si possano mettere solo 5 stelle e non di piu'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio vendita pessimo. In cerca di un materasso matrimoniale per la mia nuova casa entro in questo negozio attirata dalla recensioni positive. Premetto che il negozio era praticamente vuoto (c'era solo una coppia che era già servita da un altra persona), e l'addetto che mi ha servita mi fa provare in modo molto frettoloso due materassi senza dirmi o chiedere nulla a riguardo, mi chiede in modo un po' scocciato quale fosse quello più comodo, mi prepara al volo un preventivo e accompagnandomi alla porta mi dice che però ci sono tante altre fasce di prezzo e tipologie nel caso fossi interessata. Si, se forse me li avessi mostrati prima....me ne vado basita.

Yes, if maybe you had shown them to me before .... I'm leaving appalled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di comprare prima due guanciali di memory davvero fantastici! Ho dovuto subito abituarmi ma dopo poche settimane è stato un toccasana per la mia cervicale. Parlando poi con l’addetto alle vendite dei clienti privati dell azienda mi ha saputo consigliare un materasso all’altezza delle mie esigenze e del mio potere di spesa. È stato disponibile e mi ha inondato ( travolto) di informazioni tecniche e non sul materasso. Mi ha convinto e da pochi giorni oltre ai cuscini ho anche un materasso matrimoniale! Vi consiglio di andare in azienda e farvi consigliare da Tiziano che oltre a essere un grande venditore e anche simpatico! Ed è proprio un bel ragazzo! Anche gli occhi vogliono la sua part??
