Ritornato al negozio dopo qualche mese, ho ritrovato una più ordinata e funzionale disposizione dei diversi capi di abbigliamento. inoltre, la qualità pare migliorata rispetto ai precedenti capi del brand.

I entered by chance to buy two cardigans under a jacket, I went out with full bags, thanks to the competence, kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially Giuseppe.
Returning to the shop after a few months, I found a more orderly and functional arrangement of the various items of clothing. moreover, the quality seems to have improved compared to the previous garments of the brand.
When I buy Doppelganger back, it will be in this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don't know what the others have experienced but in my case the customer service was excelent.The guy was very helpful, polite and professional.The prices were extremely good for the quality of the clothes which they provide you.Absolutely, recommend it if you want to shop in Italy and find clothes with great Italian taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever experienced... I bought a shirt for my father as a present and asked the cashier if he could change it to anything else in the store if it did not fit. The shirt did not fit and when he wanted to change, the right size was sold out. Instead he found a belt but the (new) cashier said it was not possible to change because the belt was cheaper than the shirt and walked away from us, standing in the checkout.... who leaves customers that wants help and just walks away in a conversation?! In the end we had to walk around in the store (without any help from anyone in the staff when we asked for help and the store was almost empty) to find something that would exceed the original price of the shirt... So after this terrible service I also had to pay them one MORE time. I will never shop anything from this brand ever again and hope you who read this will do the same!
