★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very salt-of-the-earth eatery, super friendly, knowledgeable staff who recommended the best combinations, and hands down (this is legit) the /BEST/ pizza bianca + porchetta sandwich in Rome. We only found this place while walking up the slight hill to make a reservation at Hostaria Romana, and noticed that there were a heap of locals inside getting/having lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stumbled upon this hidden gem for the happy hour special. Hands down best meat and cheese plate we had while in Italy and it included a glass of wine for us as well!! Cannot recommend this place enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We randomly came across this deli and it was certainly the local’s favorite lunch spot. We picked from their premade sandwiches on display and they heated them up for us. They also have a lot of pre-made pastas and salads to choose from.
