La venditrice Marzia ci ha accolto con grande professionalità e cortesia ed abbiamo comprato il salotto Monteverdi. Abbiamo pagato un acconto e ci è stata promessa consegna per fine ottobre. Poi a casa leggendo molte recensioni negative eravamo preoccupati ..... A fine ottobre ci hanno chiamato per la consegna come previsto ed abbiamo concordato la data e l'orario. La consegna è stata puntuale e fatta rispettando tutti i parametri di questo periodo. Il salotto è bello e comodo , perfettamente corrispondente a quanto avevamo visto. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti. On 9 September I went to see the new shop asking for information on the replacement of our living room. The seller Marzia welcomed us with great professionalism and courtesy and we bought the Monteverdi living room. We paid a deposit and we were promised delivery by the end of October. Then at home reading many negative reviews we were worried ..... At the end of October they called us for the delivery as planned and we agreed on the date and time. The delivery was on time and made respecting all the parameters of this period. The living room is beautiful and comfortable, perfectly matching what we had seen. We are fully satisfied.

Siam stati trattati con educazione e cordialità da parte della signorina di nome Sara che ci ha saputo consigliare per il meglio in base alle nostre esigenze e senza metterci fretta nella scelta dell'acquisto.Oltretutto erano in atto al momento dell'acquisto delle ottime promozioni. I divani appaiono di ottima fattura e fatti per durare.Ora attenderemo circa una paio di mesi per la consegna del nostro acquisto: tempo richiesto per la realizzazione del divano personalizzato. We were treated with education and cordiality by the young lady named Sara who was able to advise us for the best according to our needs and without rushing us in the choice of purchase. Moreover, excellent promotions were in place at the time of purchase. The sofas appear to be of excellent workmanship and made to last. Now we will wait about a couple of months for the delivery of our purchase: time required for the realization of the personalized sofa.

Personalmente cercavo un divano letto: esteticamente interessante, a buon prezzo e sopratutto funzionale...hanno saputo rispondere alle mie esigenze. Attentive and competent staff: they guide you in choosing your ideal sofa which in any case is customizable. There is a lot of choice and quality is not lacking. Personally I was looking for a sofa bed: aesthetically interesting, at a good price and above all functional ... they knew how to respond to my needs.

V	Valentina Sasso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio divano doveva arrivare oggi alle 12, alle 10 mi chiamano per sapere se la consegna è andata bene e siamo soddisfatti, (ovviamente il divano non era ancora arrivato e l'ho fatto gentilmente presente), 10.30 mi chiamano per dirmi che hanno ordinato il divano errato e il mio non è ancora stato prodotto, arriverà tra oltre 15 gironi (forse), oltretutto al call center, confermato da una mail che se riesco posterò, mi dicono che non sono previste scontistiche per il disservizio e se recedo devo pagare il 30% di penale. Il mio divano "vecchio" ovviamente è stato dato via questa mattina e per 15 giorni sarò senza divano proprio durante le festività. La mia recensione non può che essere pessima. Gli errori possono capitare ma mi sarei aspettata una soluzione alternativa, una scontistica per il disservizio o la possibilità di recedere senza penali. Magari anche essere avvisati prima sarebbe stato utile. Problem solving = 0 Oggi il divano è, contro ogni aspettativa, arrivato. Ringrazio Arianna per essersi adoperata per risolvere in tempi più che brevi e per l'ottima qualità del prodotto aumento la mia valutazione My sofa was supposed to arrive today at 12, at 10 they call me to find out if the delivery went well and we are satisfied, (obviously the sofa had not arrived yet and I kindly mentioned it), 10.30 they call me to tell me that they have ordered the wrong sofa and mine has not yet been produced, it will arrive in over 15 days (perhaps), plus the call center, confirmed by an email that if I can I will post, they tell me that there are no discounts for the disservice and if I withdraw I have to pay 30% penalty. My "old" sofa was obviously given away this morning and for 15 days I will be without a sofa just during the holidays. My review can only be bad. Mistakes can happen but I would have expected an alternative solution, a discount for the disservice or the possibility of withdrawing without penalties. Maybe even being warned earlier would have been useful. Problem solving = 0 Today the sofa has, against all expectations, arrived. I thank Arianna for having worked to solve in a very short time and for the excellent quality of the product I increase my evaluation

Inviata email alla quale mi hanno risposto che avrebbero chiesto informazioni ma poi non ho avuto altre notizie! Bella l’esposizione, belli i divani ma con le consegne NON CI SIAMO. Vediamo se mi fanno sapere qualcosa!! I ordered a sofa which was supposed to arrive between 4/4/22 and 10/4/22. To date I have no news about the delivery. Sent email to which they replied that they would ask for information but then I didn't have any other news! Beautiful display, beautiful sofas but we ARE NOT THERE with deliveries. Let's see if they let me know anything !!
