Peccato per l'inerzia delle impiegate al banco informazioni: non assumono un'attitudine professionale, ma danno l'impressione di stare in casa loro a far chiacchiera. Più partecipazione non guasterebbe.
In my personal experience, quite functional.
Too bad for the inertia of the employees at the information desk: they do not take on a professional attitude, but they give the impression of staying in their house to chat. More participation would not hurt.
