Ho telefonato stamattina x richiedere informazioni sulla procedura da seguire x poter portare il bambino a fare il vaccino, hanno alzato la cornetta senza rispondere e continuando beatamente a discutere tra loro. Provo incessantemente a richiamare da 2 ore, il telefono è sempre fuori posto. It has worked so far thanks to very few employees willing to work. Per un piccolo problema, risolvibile con una tronchesina medica, ci hanno detto di andare al pronto soccorso più vicino in quanto loro non potevano fare nulla (poi si lamentano che i medici dei p.s sono stressati); allora che li mettono a fare? Solo a rubarsi lo stipendio... I don't understand for what purpose these medical guards exist! For a small problem, which can be solved with a medical nipper, they told us to go to the nearest emergency room as they could not do anything (then they complain that the doctors of the p.s are stressed); then what do they put them to do?
