Sto provando a chiamarli da giorni senza ricevere risposta. Qualche volta rispondono giusto perché gli darà fastidio il suono del centralino per poi poter riattaccare subito. Siete una barzelletta. In un periodo di emergenza simile mi permetto di dire che fate veramente schifo. My partner is positive for Covid-19; as a conscientious citizen, neither do I. Un numero di telefono che non serve a nulla (non hanno mai risposto in una giornata intera a chiamare ininterrottamente). Dopo vari vai e vieni per fare un cambio di medico di base e dopo esserci riuscito il numero del medico non esiste e nemmeno il presunto studio all'indirizzo fornito!!! Assurdo!!! Sempre più allibito da questo servizio che definire pietoso e già tanto Too bad you can't give less than one star. Absent service and painful absurdity. Siamo entrate nella struttura alle 13.00 e abbiamo trovato il deserto....tutte porte chiuse...macchina per il ticket guasta....non sapendo a chi rivolgerci per chiedere dove si trovasse la stanza dello specialista che interessava a noi, abbiamo chiesto a un utente anch'egli spaesato...un po avvilite abbiamo bussato al vetro di uno sportello chiuso e una voce dall'interno ci ha consigliato di andare a pagare il ticket fuori dalla struttura...o dal tabaccaio o in farmacia...alla fine abbiamo fatto un bonifico dal telefono e finalmente abbiamo trovato la stanza dello specialista ma lui non c'era...si è trovato a passare un dipendente che gentilmente è andato a recuperare il medico che con aria molto distaccata ci ha ricevute e finalmente ha visitato la ragazza...tempo della visita 5 minuti...! Sicuramente se la visita fosse stata privata avremmo avuto più soddisfazione....! Tornando a casa ci siamo chieste perché la sanità pubblica è così scadente ? Quando diventeremo un paese civile e responsabile ? ( specie il sud ) Specialist visit booked by my daughter through cup for 1.10pm. Mi è stato comunicato di accompagnare mia moglie, cittadina Statunitense, presso l'Ufficio della Dott.ssa matrone dell'Asl di Afragola il Martedì dalle 9 alle 13 per la visita di degenza necessaria per richiedere il certificato STP successivamente così da poter effettuare la terza dose di vaccino qui in Italia. Questa mattina ci rechiamo all'Asl di Afragola e ci comunicano che nessuno sa dove sia la Dott.ssa Matrone, anzi i commenti sono "sempre la solita storia", e ci dicono che è assente e nessuno sa nulla e di provare a recarsi all'Asl di Frattamaggiore magari Giovedì 30/112/2021. L'infermiere di turno ha ripetutamente chiamato al cellulare della Dott.ssa la quale non ha risposto per un po' e quando lo ha fatto, senza nemmeno scusarsi, ha comunicato: LA RAGAZZA PUO' RECARSI ALTROVE, QUI' OGGI NON C'E' NESSUNO. NON VI RENDETE CONTO DELLE BRUTTE FIGURE CHE FATTE CON CITTADINI DI ALTRE CITTÀ', NAZIONI? COME SEMPRE IL SUD VIENE GIUSTAMENTE CRITICATO A CAUSA DELLE PERSONE CHE APPROFITTANO DELLO STIPENDIO PUBBLICO PER ESSERE ALTROVE. NOI PAGHIAMO DELLE TASSE PER RICEVERE UN SERVIZIO COME DIRITTO DLE CITTADINO E NON CI VIENE GARANTITO? PARLIAMO DI VACCINAZIONI E COVID E QUANTO SIA IMPORTANTE E NEGHIAMO QUESTO DIRITTO?
