a	anna caserta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo posto alcuni giorni fa e sono rimasta allibita ...ogni cosa che si deve fare e' un macello perche' non c'e' rispetto della gente che aspetta il proprio turno ...i dipendenti si fanno piaceri tra di loro e fanno passare le persone di propria conoscenza avanti a persone anziane o a mamme che aspettano il proprio turno con bimbi piccoli in braccio...e uno schifo!!! Per un centro medico polifunzionale non è una cosa buona. What can I say. X niente tutelati il personale ed i pazienti. ASL not protected and organized at all. They don't have a POS point to make payments. In full emergency Covid handle coins. E	Eugenio Castaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima dove per fare una richiesta di esenzione ticket devi avviarti di primo mattino alle 6 perché c'è un tizio fuori che prende un euro a persona per segnare i nomi e 5 euro per la pratica da fare mettendo un numero limitato di persone qui e così che si fa ordine in questo modo e magari chi arriva all apertura le 8:30 di mattino parliamo.. Resta fuori perché il tizio ha venduto già tutti i numeri che in collaborazione con non so chi Dell'ASL hanno stabilito.. Io sono allibito e non si fa nulla per risolvere la sessa situazione vale per l'ufficio comunale che si trova di fronte ma questa volta però non c'è nessun tizio a prendere nomi ma bensì loro in autogestione tipo devi fare il rinnovo della tessera carta di identità devi andare alle 6 del mattino l'ufficio apre alle 8:30 fanno massimo 15 documenti al giorno io son tornato indietro per ben due volte ma poi il terzo giorno son stato li ed ho preteso i miei diritti ovviamente il direttore della struttura non è mai presente e chi resta al posto suo non sa manco che risposta darti perché io credo una struttura del genere in un quartiere cosi grande che non possa soddisfare le richieste dei cittadini per le pratiche comunali per me non ha modo di stare aperto scusate il monologo ma sono molto molto arrabbiato Bad experience where to make a ticket exemption request you have to start early in the morning at 6 because there is a guy out who takes one euro per person to mark the names and 5 euros for the practice to do by putting a limited number of people here and so that it tidies up in this way and maybe those who arrive at the opening at 8:30 in the morning we talk .. Punto di vista mio tale struttura andrebbe chiusa. Fa schifo. Ma del resto a Napoli non si può pretendere ne civiltà ne educazione ne pulizia. Noi al nord in Toscana le strutture sono pulite organizzate ei il personale e cortese e molto disponibile, ma ripeto in Toscana.
