I bought my new bamboo flooring from Disegnare Casa and booked the installation. The result is truly exceptional !!!! The internal staff was really very kind (thanks Desiree) and helpful, the fast and very precise layers. Super recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima e casta scelta di pavimenti in parquet e laminati ancora poche disponibilità di pavimenti in PVC. Si trova anche qualche occasione di fine serie. Buona la scelta di porte interne con prezzi concorrenziali. Ho ricevuto un'ottima consulenza dal personale che è molto gentile e competente.
Excellent and chaste choice of parquet and laminate floors, still few PVC floors are available. There are also some end-of-series opportunities. Good choice of interior doors with competitive prices. I got great advice from the staff who are very polite and knowledgeable.

Dopo mail senza risposta con allegata l'evidenza della transazione eseguita, rispondono giorni dopo ad una mia telefonata dicendo che era appena arrivato senza scuse per l'evidente figuraccia ( il bonifico era stato fatto parecchio tempo prima). Giudicate voi se questa è professionalità. Lenti nelle risposte. Lasciate perdere, rischiate di avere solo problemi.

They had missed a bank transfer I made for the purchase of the parquet. After unanswered e-mails with the evidence of the transaction carried out attached, they respond days later to a phone call from me saying that he had just arrived without apology for the obvious fool (the transfer had been made a long time before). Judge for yourself if this is professionalism. Slow in the answers. Forget it, you risk having only problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un parquet in rovere per la nostra nuova casa, molto bello il campione ma al momento dell’acquisto ci siamo accorti che il parquet non era come il campione visionato. Abbiamo dovuto sceglierne quindi un altro che si avvicinasse a quello scelto pagandolo anche di più. Risultato? Dopo appena un anno il legno è completamente graffiato, in molte assi è saltata via la vernice e addiruttura queste presentano ammaccature evidenti. Non si riesce a lavarlo mai bene perché gli aloni non vengono via. Ci siamo rivolti a loro per avere la consulenza di un tecnico ma pur avendoci detto che lo avrebbero chiamato, mai nessun tecnico si è presentato quindi anche il servizio post vendita pessimo. Delusissimi di questa azienda, la sconsiglio vivamente!
We purchased an oak parquet for our new home, the sample was very nice but at the time of purchase we realized that the parquet was not like the sample viewed. We therefore had to choose another one that came close to the one chosen by paying even more. Result? After just one year the wood is completely scratched, many boards have peeled off the paint and even these have obvious dents. You can never wash it well because the streaks do not come off. We turned to them for the advice of a technician but even though they told us they would call him, no technician ever showed up, so the after-sales service was also bad. Disappointed with this company, I strongly advise against it!
