★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasta esposizione su più piani, ci hanno lasciati guardare senza interferire e quando abbiamo chiesto sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno dedicato tutto il tempo. Prezzi ovviamente non da outlet ma ottima qualità.
Wide exposure on several floors, they let us watch without interfering and when we asked they were very kind and dedicated us all the time. Prices obviously not from the outlet but excellent quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizialmente molto entusiasti per l'accoglienza e il prezzo riservatoci sull'acquisto di un gres porcellanato per i pavimenti della nostra casa e per le piastrelle della cucina. Al di là dei problemi avuti per farci consegnare la merce, cosa scopriamo poi? Che nonostante avessimo fornito una piantina dettagliata con tutte le misure delle superfici...le piastrelle della cucina, del pavimento e i battiscopa non erano sufficienti!! Impossibile contattarli al telefono perché non rispondono (o lo ignorano?), mail a singhiozzo. Abbiamo dovuto contattare l'azienda fornitrice e rivolgerci ad un altro rivenditore di Milano (gentili e rapidi) per avere le piastrelle e completare finalmente il lavoro con l'impresa edile. Mai più.
Initially very enthusiastic about the welcome and the price reserved for us on the purchase of porcelain stoneware for the floors of our house and for the kitchen tiles. Beyond the problems encountered in getting the goods delivered, what do we discover then? That despite having provided a detailed floor plan with all the measurements of the surfaces ... the tiles in the kitchen, the floor and the skirting boards were not enough !! Impossible to contact them on the phone because they don't answer (or ignore him?), Mail in fits and starts. We had to contact the supplier company and turn to another dealer in Milan (kind and quick) to get the tiles and finally complete the work with the construction company. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di pochissime piastrelle per poter cambiare una cabina doccia (che creava problemi di perdite d'acqua al mio vicino del piano di sotto) con un box doccia nuovo senza rifare tutto il bagno. Mi hanno seguito con gentilezza e consigliandomi le piastrelle più adatte da abbinare a quelle esistenti. Il risultato è ottimo grazie Sig. Giulio.
I needed very few tiles to be able to change a shower cabin (which created problems of water leaking to my neighbor downstairs) with a new shower cubicle without redoing the whole bathroom. They followed me with kindness and advising me on the most suitable tiles to match the existing ones. The result is excellent thanks Mr. Giulio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata vergognosamente maleducata. Non so per quale motivo ci sia stato riservato un tale trattamento, ma non torneremo mai più.
Visto la risposta alla recensione, aggiungo che per quanto sia vero che siamo entrati nel vostro negozio con un campione di piastrella, siamo stati chiari nel chiedere qualcosa in alternativa a tale piastrella, di qualsiasi marca, e lo abbiamo ribadito ben due volte: stavamo cercando una alternativa, sulla stessa tonalità. Questo non giustifica il suo atteggiamento scortese, e la cosa che dispiace di più è che le piastrelle che ci ha mostrato ci piacevano molto, ma evidentemente non eravamo clienti degni di nota.
Sicura del fatto che non le interessi minimamente di averci mortificati, le auguro buon lavoro.

This does not justify his rude attitude, and the thing we regret most is that we liked the tiles he showed us a lot, but obviously we were not worthy customers.
