A dispetto della location che lascia perplessi, Veronica e Andrea sono una coppia perfetta di ristoratori. Lei una chef da guida Michelin, ispirata ad Antonino Cannavacciuolo, lui serve a tavola in maniera essenziale, poco formale ma con grande diligenza e cortesia. Consigliato a chi ama la buona cucina, sia per le materie prime, sia per la preparazione delle pietanze. Nella terra della carne si può gustare l'eccellenza del pescato con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Esperienza che ripeteremo, amando viaggiare. Provare per credere. a	andrea albanesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In direzione Civita di Bagnoregio trovo per caso questo ristorantino con l'insegna "specialità pesce" e decido di provare nonostante la zona probabilmente suggerirebbe una scelta più sulle carni...Devo dire che il mio sesto senso mi ha consigliato veramente bene. Ho avuto il piacere di assaggiare pietanze veramente squisite come gli spaghetti con cozze e vongole, il calamaro ripieno, e la impepata di cozze, abbinando un ottimo vino tipico delle Eolie. Mi sono trovato talmente bene che decido di fare il bis anche a cena. Dovevo assolutamente assaggiare lo spaghetto con sugo di totani che tanto mi aveva sponsorizzato a pranzo (e aveva ragione) il simpaticissimo titolare Andrea. Ottima anche la spigola e sublime il cannolo siciliano abilmente preparato dalla moglie/cuoca Veronica. Suggerisco vivamente il ristorante a tutti, soprattutto a coloro che amano il pesce. Fantastica la cuoca/titolare abilissima nella preparazione e anche nella presentazione delle pietanze e Andrea sempre presente e ottimo nel consigliare i piatti top (anche se credo sia difficile sbagliare). Il giorno che capiterò in zona tornerò sicuramente...Rapporto qualità prezzo 10. I had the pleasure of tasting truly exquisite dishes such as spaghetti with mussels and clams, stuffed squid, and peppered mussels, combining an excellent typical Aeolian wine. I found myself so well that I decide to do an encore for dinner too. I absolutely had to taste the spaghetti with squid sauce that the very nice owner Andrea had sponsored me so much for lunch (and he was right). The sea bass is also excellent and the Sicilian cannoli skilfully prepared by his wife / cook Veronica is sublime. I highly recommend the restaurant to everyone, especially those who love fish. Fantastic cook / owner very skilled in the preparation and also in the presentation of the dishes and Andrea always present and excellent in recommending the top dishes (even if I think it is difficult to go wrong). The day I happen to be in the area I will definitely be back ... Value for money 10.
