★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff very nice. one of them spoke english. i stayed on third floor which had no wifi. gave me a free parkIng permit. i arrived after 7pm the ztl already opened. room only decent. can walk to civita is biggest advantage. also ate in restaurant which was quite popular. not expensive food ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful experience! Our waitress was incredibly gracious and friendly and knowledgeable and spoke fine English. The food was exceptional and unique. They know how to prepare all the tartufo nero dishes to perfection. The wine list is fabulous. I wish we were staying here and when we return, this will be our choice for lodging. Highly recommended.
