 They never answer the phone even though they say to call from 11 to 15 ... the phone is always off the hook! Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo da diversi giorni il reparto di diabetologia ma appena il telefono risulta libero la.chiamata si interrompe. E' impossibile comunicare con loro nonostante l'orario di chiamata sia dalle 11 alle 15. Pessimo servizio.
I have been calling the Diabetes Department for several days but as soon as the phone is free the call is interrupted. It is impossible to communicate with them even though the call time is from 11 to 15. Bad service.
