★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely gorgeous experience. Perfect mix of technicality, education and fun in a beautiful, tranquil setting. The wines are all superb - you’ll want to tuck a few into your suitcase to bring home (along with the olive oil made on site that I can’t get enough of). Language will certainly not be a barrier for English speakers as owner Melissa is American and everyone I met spoke perfect English. If your are in the Palermo area, this is a not-to-miss day trip into the countryside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful family winery experience outside the town of Sambucca Di Sicilia in Sicily that produces great tasting wines and fantastic Olive Oil (all grown on site). While we liked all their wines; we particularly loved their Grillo white wine which is crisp, incredibly fruity and a wonderful accompaniment to all shellfish dishes, especially with calamari, linguini con le vongole and shrimp scampi. The brother owners and their wives go out of their way to make you feel like family and to make your visit an incredible experience. Their olive oil is a well-kept secret that merits going out of your way to obtain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour was a fantastic combination of farming and technology. Our guide was able to explain complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand. Even the setting for the wine tasting had that combination of nature and steel. Most importantly, the wine was terrific.

The people were knowledgeable about their craft, the time in their space was warm and inspiring, and the tasting was delightful. From her knowledge and expertise of this organic business to the tasting, food pairings and the views you will be in awe!!!!! The delivery of my wine and olive oil came from Sicily only a week from the order! An experience you will never forget!!! I highly recommend scheduling this experience when you are in Sicily!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit to a winery and now I fear no others will meet my expectations! We were hosted like we were royalty and educated like future wine connoisseurs. The whole day was extraordinary: the history of the vineyards, the beauty of the countryside, the precision of the facility processes, the graciousness of the staff all matched by the lovely wines they create and shared with our group. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Sicily in the future. Also, my shipment was on my doorstep when I arrived home which was a delightful surprise!
