★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci hanno fornito le travi in legno per il tetto, dopo 3 mesi abbiamo dovuto ridare l'impregnante e tutto il resto che ne consegue (non so nemmeno se l'avessero mai dato) e io che credevo che le travi fossero trattate in autoclave
They provided us with wooden beams for the roof, after 3 months we had to restore the impregnating agent and everything else that follows (I don't even know if they had ever given it) and I thought that the beams were treated in an autoclave

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quel che riguarda l'utente scontento per le travi in legno, segnalo che:
- non abbiamo ricevuto segnalazioni al riguardo.
- non abbiamo uno stabilimento idoneo per l'impregnazione in autoclave, per cui non so come l'utente possa aver capito che le travi avessero questo tipo di impregnazione.
- il legno d'abete è un materiale igroscopico, fortemente soggetto alle condizioni climatiche ed ambientali a cui è esposto e che purtroppo risente moltissimo di sole, pioggia, umidità, in determinate situazioni è normale che possa degradare visibilmente.
- resto a disposizione per ulteriori chiarimenti.
As for the user discontent with wooden beams, point out that:
- we have not received reports about it.
- we have a plant for impregnation in an autoclave, so I do not know as you may have realized that the beams had this sort of impregnation.
- the spruce wood is a hygroscopic material, strongly subject to climatic and environmental conditions to which it is exposed and which unfortunately suffers a lot of sun, rain, humidity, in certain situations it is normal that it can visibly degrade.

Nella zona ci sono anche altri fornitori ma l'organizzazione non si improvvisa. Cortesia e preparazione sono cose che non si devono trascurare e in questa sede Dexive fortunatamente le cose funzionano.
