Ho atteso solo 40 minuti in una saletta con tavolo e wifi in cui ho potuto lavorare al PC con calma. Per la burocrazia hanno pensato a tutto loro e non ho dovuto anticipare un euro. Ottima esperienza
I went to them for a crystal repair with courtesy of insurance. I waited only 40 minutes in a room with a table and wifi where I was able to work calmly on the PC. For the bureaucracy they thought of everything and I didn't have to advance a euro. Great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio passat dopo essere stato tamponato in questa rinomata carrozzeria e devo dire che sono stato trattato con i guanti.Dao che non ero cliente pagante (sono staot tamponato io , l'assicurazione risarcisce tutto ) pensavo in una trattamento "freddo". Invece cordialità , servizio e professionalità solo i primi aggettivi che mi vengono in mente . E' stata la mia prima esperienza con un carrozziere e sono tentato di portarli subito anche la macchina di mia moglie !!
I brought my passat after being buffered in this renowned body shop and I must say that I was treated with gloves. Since I was not a paying customer (I was buffered, the insurance reimburses everything) I was thinking in a "cold" treatment. Instead cordiality, service and professionalism are the first adjectives that come to mind. It was my first experience with a coachbuilder and I'm tempted to bring my wife's car right away too !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having a minor crash with my Tesla all the supporting systems in the car were switched off and the car were heavily turning to the right. Since I am not from Italy I was worrying how I could drive the car back home. I was so lucky that Tesla Service Center referred me to Carrozzeria Destro where I have arrived late in the evening on Thursday. Enrico had checked the car and made me an appointment for Friday (the day after) at 8 o'clock in morning. The next day I was very kindly received exactly at 8, a younger guy with the beard took over the car and worked very diligently on it for four hours. The result: Everything war repaired, the wheels were again perfectly straight, all systems worked again. I was incredibly happy, because the car was basically 18 hours after I have first come to them fully repaired. Kudos to Enrico and his team! Finally, the price was more than fair. Although I was indeed quite desperate, the price they charged was much lower than what I would have paid at home. All in all, an excellent auto body shop!
