Di recente ho portato la mia VW per il tagliando e mi hanno impressionato per la professionalità e la cortesia. I meccanici sono molto competenti e disponibili a spiegare al cliente gli interventi che svolgono oltre a dare ottimi consigli sulla manutenzione della vettura.
In the past I had only gone to the workshop for climate refills, always satisfied with the result and the low cost. I recently took my VW for service and was impressed with its professionalism and courtesy. The mechanics are very competent and willing to explain to the customer the interventions they carry out as well as giving excellent advice on car maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato sia l'auto di mia moglie (una Volkswagen) che quella personale, usufruendo del servizio di manutenzione, cambio gomme (invernali estive) e revisione. Puntualità, professionalità e cortesia hanno contraddistinto il personale dell'autofficina Lazzaro. Mi hanno sempre reso edotto di ogni dettaglio relativo agli interventi da eseguire (utilità, spesa, ammortamento del costo nel tempo, ecc.) precisando i pro e i contro, lasciando sempre libera scelta nella strada d intraprendere. Proprio in occasione della revisione mi hanno vivamente consigliato di portare l'auto con motore già caldo (aver percorso una decina di km) in modo che le diverse accelerate, richieste per l'analisi dei fumi, non andassero a gravare sulle componenti meccaniche ancora fredde. Se questa non è attenzione al cliente....

They have always made me aware of every detail relating to the interventions to be carried out (utility, expense, amortization of the cost over time, etc.) specifying the pros and cons, always leaving free choice in the way to take. Precisely on the occasion of the overhaul, they strongly advised me to bring the car with the engine already warm (having traveled about ten km) so that the various accelerations, required for the analysis of the fumes, would not burden the still cold mechanical components. . If that's not customer focus ....
