★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre problemi...una banca dove di pomeriggio non si possono fare pagamenti...se non funziona il db service su blocca tutto! Appena finisco il mutuo l....addio!

Sono molto amareggiato a dare un voto P E S S I M O
ad una banca che fino a pochi anni fa avrei consigliato a chiunque.
Da qualche tempo hanno sostituito la mia referente storica e il servizio ricevuto è andato a picco.
"L'impiegata" ha un'arroganza epica,
non risolve MAI NULLA nemmeno per sbaglio
e si permette un atteggiamento ai limiti della maleducazione arrogandosi anche il diritto di alzare la voce,
sfuggendo totalmente il concetto di relazione "cliente-fornitore".
Appena concluderò le mie ultime faccende non tarderò a cambiare.
Peccato davvero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai al telefono, NON PAGANO LE BOLLETTE DOMICILIATE, con la scusa del virus, negano l’accesso anche a un invalido che si è presentato senza appuntamento ( con l’ufficio deserto).
They never answer the phone, DO NOT PAY HOME BILLS, with the excuse of the virus, they deny access even to an invalid who showed up without an appointment (with the deserted office).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho la sede con Voi.. e non trovo giusto che debba sempre essere Deutche bank di Milano Centrale a dover "risolvere, aiutarmi a trovare una soluzione ai miei problemi" e nonostante io non abbia la sede con loro ma con Voi sono sempre gentili! A quanto pare mi é stata clonata la carta e in piú di Venerdi.. cosa abbastanza grave ma voi non lavorate lasciate tutto ai vostri colleghi di Centrale. Spero al piú presto di cambiare sede.

Per riemettere un bancomat (prima emissione, arrivato nuovo già smagnetizzato!!!) hanno voluto che lo pagassi, hanno fissato un appuntamento, avevano i sistemi fuori uso e nemmeno una procedura cartacea.
morale? ho buttato mezza giornata di permesso dove avrei pagato un bancomat arrivato nuovo e non l ho nemmeno fatto perchè senza computer non hanno previsto procedure alternative.
Absolutely unreliable.
To reissue an ATM (first issue, arrived new already demagnetized !!!) they wanted me to pay for it, they made an appointment, they had the systems out of order and not even a paper procedure.
moral? I threw half a day off where I would have paid for a new ATM and I didn't even do it because without a computer they didn't have alternative procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imbarazzanti, due settimane di chiamate tutti i giorni senza risposta, email neanche le guardano. Arrivo in filiale dalla Svizzera e mi dicono senza appuntamento non entri.
7 mesi per ridarmi un bancomat e non mi fanno neanche entrare dopo 2 ore di viaggio.
Arroganti e ridicoli
Embarrassing, two weeks of unanswered calls every day, emails don't even look at them. I arrive at the branch from Switzerland and they tell me you can't go in without an appointment.
7 months to give me back an ATM and they don't even let me in after 2 hours of travel.
