Fa orari diversi, il sabato é chiuso, impossibile x me.Ho un problema e il.call center mi dice sempre cose diverse. Mi sono recata lì x versare e il bancomat nn è abilitato cosi domani devo andare appositamente in un'altra filiale scomoda x me. no comment . Chiuderò i conti e stop. It is absurd, the branch has definitively closed and the neighboring branch does not provide the same service as the previous one. It has different times, Saturday is closed, impossible for me. I have a problem and the call center always tells me different things. I went there to pay and the ATM is not enabled so tomorrow I have to go specifically to another inconvenient branch for me. no comment . I will close the accounts and stop.
M	Mirko Hrovat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando ho aperto il conto nel 2010 le filiali erano aperte fino alle 19:00 e il sabato fino alle 13:00...comodo e servizio che va incontro alle esigenze delle persone. Una banca "diversa " ora l'unica cosa positiva che è rimasta è la possibilità di prelevare senza costi aggiuntivi da qualsiasi sportello. Se dovessero eliminare anche questo beneficio allora è arrivato il momento cambiare istituto. Per un operazione da svelgere in accoglienza ho atteso 20 minuti quando poteva essere fatta nell'immediato ! Sconcertato. Esperienza di cui mi sono fortemente lamentato con il servizio clienti e su cui spero qualcuno prenderà provvedimenti. Non si può avere come immagine al pubblico una che tratta le persone con supponente e saccente fastidio. Davvero da non consigliare.
