★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver aperto un conto per fare la cessione del credito ed avendo inviato tutta la documentazione in modo corretto, ci dicono di aver raggiunto il limite massimo e ci archiviano la pratica. Proprio una figura da cioccolatai.... Sconsiglio a tutti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fissato l'appuntamento 10 giorni prima, ci presentiamo all'orario prefissato trovando un cartello affisso che indica la chiusura della filiale. All'esterno la sig.ra delle pulizie e altri clienti che lamentano di non esser stati avvisati. Comprendiamo le problematiche legate alla nota pandemia ma se si obbliga l'appuntamento per esser ricevuti, è altrettanto obbligatorio, professionale, rispettoso ed educato telefonare qualora, per qualsivoglia motivo, non si possa presenziare all'appuntamento. Il tempo è denaro per entrambe le parti. Consiglio di rivolgersi altrove.
