Sono all'estero.
Inviata email a dipendente per aumento plafond carta di credito (una volta soltanto) perché dovevo superare il limite. Il dipendente-spostato ad un'altra sede- ha inoltrata la mia email in agenzia. Senza risposte.Ho chiamato in sede, la dipendente mi ha detto di richiamare in quanto aveva qualcuno allo sportello (perché risponde? È l'unica in banca?). Rispondo d'essere all'estero. Stop chiamata. Ho chiamato a Sella -sezione carte- spiegando il tutto. Risponde di inoltrare la richiesta per autorizzazione dell'agenzia. Voi avete sentito qualcuno? Nemmeno io.
Ho risolto in altro modo.
Prenderò decisioni in merito.
Credit card ceiling increase
I'm abroad.
Emailed to employee for credit card ceiling increase (once only) because I had to exceed the limit. The employee - moved to another location - forwarded my email to the agency. Without answers, I called the office, the employee told me to call back as she had someone at the counter (why does she answer? Is she the only one in the bank?). I answer that I am abroad. Stop call. I called Sella - papers section - explaining everything. He replies to forward the request for agency authorization. Have you heard anyone? Me neither.
I solved otherwise.
I will make decisions about it.
