★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dir poco PESSIMI e IMBARAZZANTI da inizio settembre sto cercando di fare una surroga, dopo avermi chiesto una sfilza di documenti per avviare la pratica( come è normale che sia) ricevo ogni settimana una mail ( per un totale di 6/7 mail)dove mi chiedono aggiornamenti o ulteriori documenti, mi chiedo è cosi difficile mandare un unica mail con tutti i documenti mancanti o da aggiornare?mi hanno fatto perdere 2 mesi e non ho ancora concluso niente nonostante avessi ben specificato all inizio che avevo fretta di fare la surroga , pensa se gli avessi detto il contrario......
