★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho rotto un vetro di quelli con vetrocamera. Succede... A chi rivolgersi? Scorro Google Maps e cerco "artigiani vetrai" nella mia zona. Scelgo Rossodimarte per le ottime recensioni riportate. Cosa dire? Scelta davvero azzeccata. Intanto l'intervento è stato tempestivo e i tempi di lavorazione brevi. Aggiungeteci la professionalità, la gentilezza e la simpatia che hanno accompagnato il percorso di sostituzione, non ultima la rimozione degli scarti del vecchio silicone dal pavimento. Infine il costo dell'intervento, del tutto adeguato e senza spropositi. Ah, dimenticavo, tutto questo è accaduto questa settimana: chiamata effettuata lunedì pomeriggio, sopralluogo e valutazione del lavoro da svolgere martedì mattina, sostituzione del vetro stamattina, sempre rispettando l'orario indicato. Consigliato? Certo che sì: straconsigliato!

Add in the professionalism, kindness and sympathy that accompanied the replacement path, not least the removal of the old silicone from the floor scraps. Finally, the cost of the intervention, completely adequate and without blurring. Ah, I forgot, all this happened this week: call made Monday afternoon, inspection and evaluation of the work to be done Tuesday morning, replacement of the glass this morning, always respecting the indicated time. Recommended? Of course yes: recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso far altro che sconsigliare questo artigiano e lo affermo prima di aver commissionato alcun lavoro, in quanto ci è stato fornito prima un preventivo e poi all'atto della decisione definitiva tale preventivo si è quasi raddoppiato; la motivazione : la "consulenza" ha un costo, in termini di tempo perso nel ricevere il cliente prima e dopo in negozio, così come gli scambi di mail con gli allegati dei disegni da realizzare già pronti in Autocad e magari quel paio di telefonate per fissare gli appuntamenti. Cercheremo in Torino qualcuno meno impegnato e più disposto gratuitamente all'ascolto del cliente. La stella che appare è necessaria per la pubblicazione della recensione, ovviamente.
All I can do is advise against this craftsman and I affirm it before having commissioned any work, since we were first given a quote and then at the time of the final decision this quote almost doubled; the motivation: the "consultancy" has a cost, in terms of time lost in receiving the customer before and after in the shop, as well as the exchange of emails with the attachments of the drawings to be made ready in Autocad and maybe that couple of calls to make appointments. We will look for someone in Turin who is less busy and more willing to listen to the customer for free. The star that appears is necessary for the publication of the review, of course.
