Ho ordinato dei vetri colorati pensando che non fosse una cosa molto complicata Invece così comincio il mio dramma..
Dopo un mese dall ordine ,i miei vetri finalmente arrivano in negozio,vado a ritirarli e quando arrivo a casa mi accorgo che sono di una misura diversa da quella ordinata!!!
così qualche giorno dopo torno in negozio e per fortuna riescono a tagliarli e modificarli scusandosi in 1000modi..
Contento ritorno a casa, li monto e(per eliminare i pochi segni di "ditate"rimasti sul vetro )decido di lavarli per vedere come stanno a lavoro finito, belli puliti!
Con acqua calda e panno umido pulisco le zone sporche,ma insieme allo sporco viene via anche il colore...
Frustrato e decisamente CONTRARIATO avverto il vetraio E gli riporto i vetri.
Si ri-scusa in 1000modi gentilmente, e me ne ordina altri.
Passa un mese,arrivano i nuovi vetri,li ritiro, li lavo (prima di montarli )e questa volta il colore non viene via..ma il vetro rimane rovinato da aloni che non vanno più via..
Stufo decido di tenermeli così, non ho tutto questo tempo da perdere per i loro errori..
Risultato:
90€di vetri
+benzina 6volte andare e tornare
+nervoso
+alla fine sono scontento del risultato...

Vale la pena di scrivere 2 righe sperando di salvare qualcuno in futuro da questi incompetenti -->molto gentili e disponibili
I hate to talk badly about them because they are good people anyway but, as regards the quality of the work, we are at -5 !!!
I ordered some colored glasses thinking that it was not a very complicated thing. Instead, this is how I begin my drama ..
After a month from the order, my glasses finally arrive in the shop, I go to collect them and when I get home I realize that they are of a different size from the one ordered !!!
so a few days later I go back to the shop and luckily they manage to cut and modify them apologizing in 1000 ways ..
Happy returning home, I mount them and (to eliminate the few "fingerprints" left on the glass) I decide to wash them to see how they look when the job is finished, nice and clean!
With hot water and a damp cloth I clean the dirty areas, but along with the dirt the color also comes off ...
Frustrated and decidedly AGAINST I warn the glassmaker and bring him back the glass.
He kindly apologizes in 1000 ways, and orders more.
A month goes by, the new glasses arrive, I withdraw them, I wash them (before mounting them) and this time the color does not come off .. but the glass is ruined by halos that no longer go away ..
Fed up I decide to keep them like this, I don't have all this time to waste for their mistakes ..
Result:
€ 90 of glasses
+ gasoline 6 times to go and back
+ nervous
+ in the end I'm unhappy with the result ...

It is worth writing 2 lines hoping to save someone in the future from these incompetent -> very kind and helpful
