In vetrina ci sono gli orari:il sabato dovrebbe essere aperto dalle 8.30 alle 12.00... vado la prima volta e non c'è nessuno, torno quindi un altro sabato mattina e di nuovo non trovo nessuno, quindi chiamo sul numero di cellulare chiedendo se la vetreria è aperta e mi sento dire: la serranda è su? Si? E allora vuol dire che è aperta...però io sono da solo e sono via...sono rimasto senza parole
Rudeness made per person. In the window there are the timetables: Saturday should be open from 8.30 to 12.00 ... I go the first time and there is nobody, so I come back another Saturday morning and again I can't find anyone, so I call on the mobile number asking if the glassware is open and I hear myself say: is the shutter up? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data odierna ho richiesto la sostituzione di un vetro della cucina; si era rotto ieri sera dopo una corrente d'aria probabilmente.
Il signore, gentilissimo e molto cordiale/disponibile, é venuto presso il mio domicilio, ha valutato il problema e nel giro di un'ora avevo il vetro riparato a nuovo. Prezzo 90€ (sopralluogo, sostituzione vetro particolare con fuga per il gas - quindi ha dovuto anche intagliarlo-, trasporto). Io lo consiglio assolutamente, per me servizio eccellente.
Today I requested the replacement of a glass in the kitchen; it broke last night after a draft probably.
The gentleman, very kind and very friendly / helpful, came to my home, evaluated the problem and within an hour I had the glass repaired as new. Price 90 € (inspection, replacement of particular glass with gas leak - so he also had to carve it -, transport). I absolutely recommend it, excellent service for me.

Oltre al fatto che mi ha tagliato subito il vetro e portato via, aziende così vanno pubblicizzate perché sono l'anima dell'economia Italiana !!
