★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lavorato con questa azienda da gennaio - giungo 2021. generalmente, gli ordini sono andati abbastanza bene, tranne l'ultima volta. spiego alla ragazza che ho un impegno per il giorno successivo e che posso accettare la consegna solo entro le 10:30, lei mi richiama dicendomi che se l'autista non arriva in questo orario, lo rimette in consegna per il prossimo giorno lavorativo. l'autista non è riuscita ad arrivare come stabilito e quindi stavo aspettando merce per il giorno dopo, ma la merce non è arrivata. mando messaggio e chiamo e non risponde nessuno. Poi ricevo telefonata dalla ragazza dicendomi che il titolare ha deciso di non scaricarmi piu perche 1) faccio ordini bassi (hanno un min d'importo di 100euro, quindi a quella ciffra arrivo ogni volta, al contrario di tanti altri fornitori che hanno tolto il min d'ordine) 2) non compro le patatine da loro (io uso le aviko 9.5mm, lui ha solo le aviko 6.5mm altrimento li comprerei volentieri) 3) hanno difficolta consegnarmi la merce entro la mattina (io pago un impiegato per scaricare la mattina, dovrei pagarlo tutto il giorno per aspettare loro mentre che altre aziende mi consegnano all apertura alle 17:30????). tirate voi le vostre conclusioni, mi fa ridere che in questi periodi di crisi quando tutti i fornitori ti seguono perche il lavoro non c'è, altri rifiutano i clienti perche sono "rimasti male" che compro prodotti che loro non hanno!
worked with this company from January - June 2021. Generally, orders went pretty well, except for the last time. I explain to the girl that I have a commitment for the next day and that I can only accept the delivery by 10:30, she calls me back telling me that if the driver does not arrive at this time, he will return it for the next working day. the driver failed to arrive as scheduled and therefore I was waiting for goods for the next day, but the goods did not arrive. I send a message and call and no one answers. Then I get a phone call from the girl telling me that the owner has decided not to download me anymore because 1) I make low orders (they have a min amount of 100 euros, so I get to that figure every time, unlike many other suppliers who have removed the min. order) 2) I don't buy the chips from them (I use the 9.5mm aviko, he only has the 6.5mm aviko otherwise I would gladly buy them) 3) they have difficulty delivering the goods to me within the morning (I pay an employee to unload the morning, I should pay it all day to wait for them while other companies deliver me at the opening at 17:30 ????). you draw your conclusions, it makes me laugh that in these times of crisis when all suppliers follow you because there is no work, others reject customers because they are "upset" that I buy products that they do not have!
