Dall'inizio dell'anno che li sto telefonando senza risolvere il problema. Da stare alla larga come consigliato dalle precedenti recensioni. Aggiungo disonesti perchè non rilasciano fattura
Giusto per precisare:
Non pretendevo affatto il lavoro senza essere pagato! Preciso anche per i lettori: il lavoro di cui parla la signora è stato fatto ad inizio gennaio! Se il lavoro era fatto bene non mi sarei lamentato... attualmente ho risolto il problema con altra ditta che ha dovuto mettere mano anche sul loro lavoro (non fatto bene)....
Bad experience: friendliness and professionalism 0. I have been repaired and serviced (250 euros) and the boiler makes water on the ground by draining the system.
Since the beginning of the year I've been phoning them without solving the problem. To stay away as recommended by previous reviews. I add dishonest because they do not issue an invoice
Just to point out:
I didn't demand the job at all without getting paid! Precise also for the readers: the work the lady talks about was done at the beginning of January! If the job was done well I would not have complained ... currently I have solved the problem with another company that has also had to put a hand on their work (not done well) ....

Ho chiamato questa ditta per far eseguire un lavaggio della caldaia. Costo: 150 euro (neanche a dirlo senza rilasciare nessuna garanzia sull'intervento). Il "tecnico" che ha eseguito l'intervento ha praticamente preso a martellate la caldaia per rimontare una guarnizione: un dilettante allo sbaraglio avrebbe fatto meglio. Dopo meno di una settimana la caldaia ha smesso di funzionare, non esce più acqua calda dai rubinetti e la caldaia perde dalla guarnizione. Ho richiamato la ditta per segnalare il problema e chiedergli di rimediare, ma tutto quello che mi hanno saputo rispondere è stato: "aho' io er lavoro l'ho fatto, mica è corpa mia se nun te funziona ... poi provà a cambià tutta a cardaia, te costa dumila euri, noi però lo sconto en fattura nun lo facciamo"...
Per quanto mi riguarda io questa ditta di dilettanti improvvisati non voglio vederla più nemmeno in fotografia, posso solo suggerirvi di evitarla se non volete buttare tempo e denaro.

I called this company to have the boiler cleaned. Cost: 150 euros (needless to say without issuing any guarantee on the intervention). The "technician" who carried out the intervention practically hammered the boiler to reassemble a gasket: an amateur in trouble would have done better. After less than a week the boiler has stopped working, no more hot water comes out of the taps and the boiler is leaking from the gasket. I called the company to report the problem and ask them to fix it, but all they were able to answer was: "I did my job, it's not my body if it doesn't work ... then it will try to change it. all cardaia, it costs you two thousand euros, but we do not do the discount on the invoice "...
As far as I'm concerned, I don't want to see this company of improvised amateurs anymore even in photography, I can only suggest you avoid it if you don't want to waste time and money.
