Se non avete intenzione di fare fino alle 13 basta semplicemente scriverlo. Non sono di Catania e sono venuto qui di proposito. I ragazzi dell'officina sono molto efficienti e disponibili ma la tizia che sta nel reparto acquisti è l'incubo di ogni acquirente. Mi chiedo come la Ducati possa tenere certa gente nei propri negozi. Rude and arrogant staff. The shopkeepers are very efficient and available but the chick in the purchasing department is the nightmare of every buyer. I wonder how Ducati can keep some people in their stores.
T	Tony Nicolosi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ho frequentato per circa un anno interessato all'acquisto del Multistrada 950 senza ottenere alcuna deroga alla solita tiritera: niente sconto, niente ritiro dell'usato, al massimo qualche optional in regalo e nessun calore nella trattativa. Decisamente poco invoglianti per nuovi potenziali clienti del marchio. Alla fine mi sono rotto e sono andato in BMW dove in un quarto d'ora sono uscito con un contratto per un gs 1200 dando in permuta la mia moto. Peccato! I attended for about a year interested in the purchase of the Multistrada 950 without obtaining any derogation from the usual tiritera: no discount, no collection of used items, at most a few optional extras and no warmth in the negotiation. Definitely uninviting for new potential customers of the brand. In the end I broke up and went to BMW where in a quarter of an hour I went out with a contract for a 1200 gs giving my motorbike in exchange. Sin!

Dopo oltre 100km di sola andata, sono stato aggredito verbalmente in modo veramente ma maleducato oltre ogni limite dalla venditrice e davanti ad altri clienti solo per essermi avvicinato al mezzo IN ESPOSIZIONE neanche sfiorandolo. Non capisco come si possano tenere determinati venditori ma ciò che è certo, è che il contratto lo farò altrove. Metto 1 stella di valutazione perché non posso mettere meno. CONGRATULAZIONI! Small Ducati store with a wide variety of motorcycle models distributed by the dealership and with a limited supply of clothing and accessories, there is a mechanical workshop for repairs in the Adjoining premises, a must for lovers of the brand.

Dal momento che mi sono fatto, oggi 11/08/2021, 2 ore di strada per arrivarci ma è chiuso per ferie e non hanno aggiornato il sito. Al telefono non rispondono, magari c'erano clienti e va bene, ma aggiornare il sito è d'obbligo. Ero partito per comprare, per il piacere di farlo nello store principale e non in una filiale. Ma visto il danno oltre che la beffa hanno perso un cliente. I can not put any less. Really nice store ... from the outside! I would have liked to visit it inside as well. Since I am done, today 11/08/2021, 2 hours of road to get there but it is closed for holidays and they have not updated the site. They don't answer the phone, maybe there were customers and that's fine, but updating the site is a must. I had left to buy, for the pleasure of doing it in the main store and not in a branch. But given the damage as well as the insult they lost a customer.

Nella mia esperienza qui posso dire che il centro assistenza officina è di alto livello. personalmente ho lasciato la mia 749 in riparazione e devi dire che sono molto molto.professionali. molto cordiali e preparatissimi su domande che riguardano meccanica e problematiche varie che riguardano le moto. il locale officina si presenta molto pulito e ben organizzato, avere una vetrina proprio sull' officina è vedere il meccanico che lavoro sulle moto è qualcosa di eccezionale, a mio parare meglio di un film al cinema! ? se avete una ducati e vi trovate nella sicilia orientale è qui che dovete venire! consigliatissimo assistance center and ducati store Catania. In my experience here I can say that the workshop assistance center is of a high standard. personally I left my 749 in repair and you have to say that I am very very professional. very friendly and well prepared on questions concerning mechanics and various problems concerning motorcycles. the workshop is very clean and well organized, having a showcase right on the shop floor is seeing the mechanic who works on the bikes is something exceptional, in my opinion better than a movie at the cinema! ? if you have a ducati and you are in eastern Sicily it is here that you must come! recommended
A	Allan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well out on a 3 week tour of Sicily and mainland Italy we encounter a flat tire in Agrigento and had it replaced by a tire shop we then encountered a front fork seal leak somewhere along the way we diverted to Catania to have a Ducati Dealership take a look at the bike when we arrived at Catania Ducati they were more then happy to help us out and get us back on our holiday tour and it only took a couple of hours out of our day
