Ho comprato in passato diversi ricambi auto presso questa attività, ma accessori come batterie per auto, pasticche freni ecc. ecc. Circa due anni fa ho acquistato il kit frizione dell'auto di mia moglie (hyundai getz 1500 tb) tramite un meccanico di fiducia e dopo circa sei mesi si guasta... Sono tornato in questa attività di ricambi e ho chiesto la sostituzione dato che le parti meccaniche dovrebbero essere garantite un anno anche se soggette ad usura... Voglio specificare che il pacco dei dischi era intatto e si era rotta la campana... Ciò nonostante il ricambista non l'ha sostituita, nonostante diverse insistenze e mi ha esortato a ricomprare la frizione, spendendo altre 90 euro se non ricordo, riferendo che la frizione guasta l'avrebbe spedita presso il produttore per una verifica nell'attesa di un eventuale rimborso. Preso dallo sconforto per la premura di avere l'auto nuovamente funzionante ho avuto pazienza e ho ricomprato la frizione, la stessa frizione che dopo due anni funziona, anche se il ricambista avrebbe dovuto immediatamente sostituire il ricambio, con sei mesi di vita... Ad oggi questi "signori" non hanno chiamato ne a me, ne al meccanico che tra l'altro conoscono benissimo! Io delle 90 euro me ne frego, ma prima o poi tutto torna, come questa bella recensione nei loro confronti. Sia per la mancanza di serietà e per il fatto che per 90 euro questi ...... hanno perso un cliente e mi auguro anche altri...a voi le conclusioni! I want to share my experience. I have bought several auto parts from this business in the past, but accessories like car batteries, brake pads etc. etc. About two years ago I bought my wife's car clutch kit (hyundai getz 1500 tb) through a trusted mechanic and after about six months it breaks down ... I went back to this spare parts business and asked for a replacement as the mechanical parts should be guaranteed for one year even if they are subject to wear ... I want to specify that the pack of discs was intact and the bell was broken ... Nevertheless, the spare parts dealer did not replace it, despite several insistence and urged to buy back the clutch, spending another 90 euros if I do not remember, reporting that the faulty clutch would have sent it to the manufacturer for a check while waiting for a possible refund. Taken by the despair of having the car working again, I had patience and bought the clutch again, the same clutch that works after two years, even if the spare parts dealer should have immediately replaced the spare, with six months of life ... To date these "gentlemen" have not called me or the mechanic who by the way they know very well! I don't care about 90 euros, but sooner or later everything comes back, like this nice review about them. Both for the lack of seriousness and for the fact that for 90 euros these ...... have lost a customer and I hope others too ... the conclusions to you!
