★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional, 24 hour a day emergency services available. Thorough and compassionate care, some of the receptionists speak English, at least enough to help walk you through the basics. If you have to leave a pet, they will make sure to have some one on hand that can translate when you come to pick your pet up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dog had a swimming accident: he was rolled over by a higher wave in the sea and then had acute respiratory distress. As an emergency we were immediately taken to the veterinary clinic, no waiting time! The ultrasound confirmed our suspicions: Water in the lungs and a beginning pneumonia. The clinic is equipped with the most modern equipment, the organization is excellent and above all, thanks to the very competent doctors, our little dog survived. Thanks to the whole team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the 2.5+ years we've been here in Catania, we've taken both of our dogs to this place and the service and staff have been outstanding! They speak great English and have always been very helpful - both in person, on the phone, and via Whatsapp messages at all hours of the night.
Specifically, Dr. La Delfa has helped our older dog with her acute cardiological and kidney issues. His dedication to finding out what the root cause of the issue was appreciated and he's helped us to stabilize her health for her return home.
We would highly recommend this place and Dr. La Delfa for any type of medical issues!
