Reazione incomprensibile. Nel negozio non ho mai comprato nulla ma lascio questa recensione solo per farvi capire con che gente avrete a che fare. Persone che si sentono proprietari della strada con maleducazione ed arroganza. Threatened with death and attempted physical assault only for having parked the motorbike in front of their shop together with other scooters already parked there. Incomprehensible reaction. I never bought anything in the shop but I leave this review just to make you understand what people you are dealing with. People who feel they are owners of the street with rudeness and arrogance.
L	Leo Lucky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO PROFESSIONALITA' Telefoniamo in mattinata per chiedere la disponibilità di un ricambio fornendo anche il riferimento del fornitore ( che tramite mail ci ha comunicato che sono rivenditori dei loro ricambi), e ci dicono che il pezzo si può avere su ordinazione con un tempo di attesa di 3/4 giorni e ci comunicano anche il prezzo del relativo ricambio. Nel pomeriggio ci rechiamo presso il negozio e ci comunicano che il pezzo non si può ordinare che nessuno di loro ha parlato telefonicamente con il sottoscritto (fortunatamente il registro chiamate non mente) o se qualcuno ha parlato realmente con me si è sbagliato. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM We call in the morning to ask for the availability of a spare part, also providing the supplier's reference (who by email informed us that they are resellers of their spare parts), and they tell us that the piece can be ordered with a waiting time of 3 / 4 days and they also communicate the price of the relative spare part. In the afternoon we go to the shop and they tell us that the piece cannot be ordered that none of them spoke by phone with me (fortunately the call log does not lie) or if someone really spoke to me they were wrong.

Faccio presente che davanti alla suddetta attività non vi è un parcheggio pubblico, ma uno spazio riservato, adibito allo scarico merci autorizzato dal comune di Catania, quindi non penso che possano essere i proprietari della strada. Non mi risulta arrivederci.
