Soltanto dopo due settimane dopo mia chiamata mi viene detto che il prodotto non è disponibile. Ancora ad oggi non ho neanche nessuna risposta sulle tempistiche del rimborso! A star is a compliment! I placed an order on 23/08 on the site where the product was available. Only two weeks after my call am I told that the product is not available. To this day, I don't even have any answers on the timing of the refund!

Ho pagato la merce il 12/09, ad oggi 20/09 non è ancora arrivato nulla. Dopo varie email si sono convinti a contattare il loro corriere, un numero a pagamento 199 (inizialmente mi hanno detto che me ne sarei dovuto occupare io). Ora sembra che ci sia di mezzo uno sciopero del loro corriere e loro si stanno disinteressando della questione dicendo che non è competenza loro occuparsene. Siamo all'assurdo. È iniziata quindi una serie di telefonate e di mail dove inizialmente mi si dice che loro rimborsano solo il 30 di ogni mese peccato che siamo al 1/8 e dopo 1 mese dall'acquisto ancora non si è mosso niente...che dire se avessi letto prima le recensioni sicuramente non sarei finita anche io così. Mi dà l'idea che tutto ciò faccia parte di un "modus operandi". Comunque non mi fermo qui farò la mia segnalazione alla polizia postale e alle autorità a tutela del consumatore. Fate attenzione! M	Maurizio Licari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi racconto la mia odissea ho ordinato uno zaino wilson il giorno 08/01/2018 il giorno successivo mi chiamano dicendo che il prodotto non è più disponibile io dico che non sono disposto a valutare altri acquisti e chiedo dopo 10 telefonate il rimborso che mi viene fatto il 25/01/2018 ad oggi non ho ricevuto il rimborso della somma pagata ho mandato tre mail senza nessun riscontro chiedendo i tempi di rimborso è questo il modo di trattare un cliente? Pessima professionalità commerciale se potessi non darei neanche una stella sperando di ricevere il rimborso in tempi brevi. S	Stefano Caltabiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona esperienza di vendita in questo negozio dove ho acquistato la nuova racchetta da padel, la ragazza è stata disponibile e paziente per soddisfare le mie esigenze, ho messo 4 stelle e non 5 semplicemente perché non hanno un grande assortimento di racchette e confrontandolo con l altro negozio alla fine di Viale Vittorio Veneto ho trovato meno scelta, questo alla lunga potrebbe far propendere la clientela verso la concorrenza, io stavolta ho scelto voi e ne sono contento ma in futuro se non trovassi ciò che soddisfa le mie necessità potrei passare all altro negozio. La cosa più scandalosa è che non si sono nemmeno degnati di avvisarmi tramite email. Mai più!! One star is too much. Mi hanno riconsegnato la racchetta dopo parecchi giorni con corde diverse e con un accordatura ibrida che non avevo richiesto. Nonostante le assicurazioni da parte delle due ragazze del negozio e di chi ha materialmente effettuato l'incordatutura che mi sarebbe stata sostituita gratuitamente, il gestore del negozio in un primo momento mi ha negato la sostituzione gratuita e poi in un secondo tempo mi ha detto che le corde da me scelte non erano disponibili, lui non le aveva ma mi avrebbe contattato telefonicamente per rifarmi l'incordatutura appena le corde fossero tornate disponibili. Sono trascorsi tre mesi abbondanti ma ancora non sono stato contattato. Leggendo le recensioni su Google ho capito che non sarò ricontattato mai. Per quello che mi riguarda hanno perso un cliente.
