Il 16 ottobre sono andata a cercare dei tacchetti in gomma per le scarpe da calcio di mio figlio, non essendo esperta ho chiesto informazioni che mi sono state date, anche se con qualche perplessità ho deciso di acquistarli, proprio per le mie perplessità mi è stato detto dalla ragazza di non preoccuparmi che se non fossero andati bene non ci sarebbe stato problemi a riportarli, non mi è stata specificata la tempistica e di sicuro non poteva essere entro una settimana.
Sta di fatto che, alla fine i tacchetti non andavano bene e quindi sono rimasti imballati nel sacchetto.
Oggi 12 novembre, prima mi è stato impossibile, sono andata nel negozio per cambiarli con altro (non ho chiesto i 18 euro indietro) avrei comprato qualcosa per pari o superiore valore...quindi con altro guadagno per il negozio.
Mi è stato risposto che erano passati i 7 giorni e che non potevano riprenderli indietro... Ma stiamo scherzando!?!?! Che il sistema non poteva essere forzato...ma stiamo scherzando?!?!
Chiedo cosa me ne posso fare di tacchetti in plastica che non vanno bene, ecco li posso usare come tieni mensole...
Conclusione gli ho lasciato li i tacchetti e ora sarete costretti a venderli in nero perché sono certa li rimetterete in vendita...senza passare dal sistema...ma vi dico che avete perso non una cliente ma almeno 25 possibili nuovi clienti...per cosa?!? Perché non sapete gestire la clientela, perché non siete stati chiari perché il sistema non può essere forzato grazie e mi portate a dire

Absolutely NEGATIVE!
On October 16 I went to look for rubber cleats for my son's soccer shoes, not being an expert I asked for information that was given to me, even if with some perplexity I decided to buy them, just for my perplexities I was told by the girl not to worry that if they did not go well there would be no problems to bring them back, I was not specified the timing and for sure it could not be within a week.
The fact is that, in the end, the cleats did not fit and therefore remained packed in the bag.
Today November 12, before it was impossible for me, I went to the shop to exchange them for something else (I did not ask for the 18 euros back) I would have bought something for equal or greater value ... so with more income for the shop.
I was told that the 7 days had passed and they couldn't take them back ... Are we kidding!?!?! That the system couldn't be cracked ... are we kidding?!?!
I wonder what I can do with plastic cleats that don't fit, here I can use them as you keep shelves ...
Conclusion I left the cleats there and now you will be forced to sell them in black because I am sure you will put them back on sale ... without going through the system ... but I tell you that you have lost not one customer but at least 25 possible new customers ... for what?!? Because you do not know how to manage customers, because you have not been clear why the system cannot be forced thanks and you lead me to say

I would say that you can't ask for better than this from a trader. I entered, I explained my requests and my budget, I was recommended some good shoes in line with what was requested. I tried them a few minutes later and was satisfied. I recommend everyone to go to this shop.

I recommended the shoe suitable for my foot (13 US !!).
They also have a large selection of Italian and foreign teams' jerseys.
If I pass again from Turin, I will definitely return.
