β β β β β I was a totally unknown Irish customer to Grassi Sport and had a planned ski-touring holiday. I down-hill ski regularly but this was going to be my first ski-touring experience and I knew nothing about it. I emailed Stefano before i left Ireland who organized for Andreo help me select gear for my trip - and I needed everything. The selection at Grassi Sport was excellent. Even though I have no italian, Andreo Stefano and all the staff were superb at getting me kitted out. They were helpful thoughtful and patient. It was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had and in addition they gave me very good value on excellent quality gear. This is a superb shop with superb staff and I can highly recommend Grassi Sport.

β β β β β I'm a ski patroller in the States and I found Grass Sport on eBay looking for a ski boot. My size was not listed so I contacted them and they (Stefano) responded in minutes! We had a very good email conversation, he was answering all my questions, added an insole to the boot to make it work for my size, and within 30 minutes he sent me a PayPal invoice, and I bought TWO boots from him. From here on out, I will always look at Grassi Sports for GREAT deals and very good customer service.
