Ci siamo trovati benissimo da subito al punto di seguirla. La cucina è ancora più bella di quanto avessimo immaginato! Ringrazio ancora Silvana per la pazienza, professionalità e dedizione. Montaggio seguito nei minimi dettagli (grazie anche a Enzo e Paride) Super consigliato! We came to this store because we followed the seller Silvana who previously worked in another store of the LUBE group. We had a great time right away to the point of following her. The kitchen is even more beautiful than we imagined! Thanks again to Silvana for her patience, professionalism and dedication. Assembly followed in the smallest details (thanks also to Enzo and Paride) Super recommended!
i	inti el on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le signore sono davvero gentili e professionali, il problema è quando il progetto passa alla lube quando ti arriva la cucina in ritardo e con pezzi mancanti e ti vengono dopo 2 mesi a portare i pezzi mamcanti con colore diverso di quello ke originale, i tipi ke montano nn sono per nulla professionali ho le ante una su e una giù la sigillatura fatta male,una delusione. The ladies are really kind and professional, the problem is when the project goes to the lube when the kitchen arrives late and with missing pieces and they come to you after 2 months to bring the mamcanti pieces with different color than the original ke, the types ke mountain nn are not at all professional I have the doors one up and one down the sealing done badly, a disappointment.

I ragazzi Martino che sono venuti a montarcela sono stati velocissimi, super professionali, non una cosa fuori posto, praticamente delle macchine. All spectacular, fantastic cuisine. I montatori hanno lavorato con competenza e cura ed il risultato ci soddisfa pienamente. We purchased a Lube Tablet kitchen at this store, professionally followed by Ms Cinzia who proved attentive to our needs as well as patient in answering our questions or resolving doubts even after completing the purchase. The fitters have worked with competence and care and the result fully satisfies us.

Il cliente cerca e pretende che la disponibilità e la serietà ci sia anche di voler trovare una soluzione a fronte di un problema da risolvere, e non agganciando il telefono!!! Questa è stata la mia esperienza negativa. Trovo vergognoso che dopo aver speso tanto, direi troppo, io abbia ricevuto in cambio solo problemi da risolvermi e con l'arroganza di vantarsi del marchio Lube. Professionalism, competence and seriousness can be seen not only after signing a purchase contract. The customer seeks and expects that there is availability and seriousness also of wanting to find a solution in the face of a problem to be solved, and not by hooking up the phone !!! This was my bad experience. Insieme con Cinzia (che ci ha assistito fino alla consegna), abbiamo scelto e progettato la cucina che ci è stata consegnata giusto ieri. Oltre alla qualità del prodotto, la Signora Cinzia che ci ha assistito è stata sicuramente cortese, gentile e molto molto professionale. E' raro trovare persone che siano oggettive, appassionate e professionali come Cinzia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema. Consiglierei a chiunque voglia cambiare la cucina di rivolgersi presso questo negozio e di rivolgersi alla Signora Cinzia. Troverà gentilezza, obiettività e sopratutto molta molta professionalità. Noi siamo rimasti soddisfatti oltre le nostre migliori aspettative. Non posso che ringraziare Cinzia per l'assistenza che ci ha fornito dalla progettazione alla consegna!
